Just-In-Time Training Programs

Today's challenging economy has placed enormous demands on senior managers to improve the performance of their workplaces and operations. They are now being forced to lower costs, improve resource utilization and increase productivity. Employeees must learn continuously and expediently apply new methods to improve the return on facility assets and resources.
Sievert offers customized education and training workshops on a variety of subjects. Lectures and workshops have been presented for professional groups including the Project Management Institute, American Management Association, Chicago Bar Association, International Facility Management Association, Association for Facilities Engineering (formerly AIPE), Printing Industries of America, and the Society of the Plastics Industry. Companies such as Motorola, Ameritech/SBC/AT&T, United States Cellular, and C.R. Industries to name a few …have benefited from Sievert's customized education programs.
We offer practical solutions to problems, not textbook theory. Participants learn "on-the-job" by applying techniques on "live" projects that they select from current business situations. Emphasis on "learning by doing" and immediate application of techniques to specific and productive work assignments results in a high return on investment from training programs.
